Chairman, Public Works Committee 1. Resolution approving a Memorandum of
Understanding with the State of Tennessee, allowing its access to certain outside
areas within the County leased property at 160 North Main Street for repair and
replacement of the granite paver system on the Mall plaza; and authorizing the
Shelby County Mayor to execute the Memorandum of Understanding. Sponsored

Chairman, Hospitals and Health Committee 2. A resolution approving an
amendment to a contract between Shelby County Government and Maxim
Healthcare Services, Inc. d/b/a Maxim Staffing Solutions Inc. to increase the
contract amount for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 by $76,000.00,
from the initial amount of $99,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $175,000.00 for
the provision of professional health care staffing services for community-based
and outpatient clinic programs and to appropriate said funds. This item requires
expenditure of grant funds provided by Shelby County Board of Education in an
amount not to exceed $175,000. Resolution sponsored by Commissioner Joe

Acting Chairman, Law Enforcement Committee 3. A resolution amending the
FY10 Budget in the amount of $42,615.88 to allow maximum expenditure of grant
funds from the Shelby County 9-1-1 District, previously approved by the Shelby
County Board of Commissioners and this item requires expenditure of local 9-1-1
District Grant Funds in the amount of $42,615.88. Sponsored by Commissioner
Sidney Chism.

Acting Chairman, Law Enforcement Committee 4. A resolution approving a
contract in the amount of $100,000.00 for the Shelby County Office of
Preparedness to accept a grant from the Interoperable Emergency
Communications Grant Program (IECGP) in the amount of $100,000, to
appropriate said funds, and to approve a grant contract for same and this item
requires the expenditure of pass through grant funds under the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security Grant Programs in the amount of $100,000. Sponsored by

of notaries public for appointment and/or reappointment for Shelby County,

of twelve (12) County owned delinquent tax parcels, acquired from Shelby County

amendment to the FY2009-2010 operating budget of the Health Services Division
for the provision of the HIV/AIDS/STD Surveillance & Prevention grant program to

FY2008-2009 operating budget, an amendment to the FY2009-2010 Position
Control Budget and appropriating said funds. This item requires the expenditure

Memphis–Shelby County Airport Authority to issue a series of Airport Revenue

costs associated with construction of a new parking garage complex and other

Chairman, Budget and Finance Committee 13. Resolution authorizing the
Memphis–Shelby County Airport Authority to issue a series of Airport Revenue
Refunding Bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $300,000,000 to refund
